1 Scope and Purpose of Data Collection
We collect and process only the information essential for technical sizing, engineering consultation, commercial quotations, equipment procurement, and after-sales service:
- Commercial & Representative Information: Name, professional title, corporate email, business phone number, plant address, and company legal identification for procurement and RFQ processing.
- Industrial Process & Sizing Data: P&ID schematics, flow rates, thermal design duties, operating pressures, media chemical compositions, and CAD drawings provided for sizing SonFlow heat exchangers, Mehrer gas compressors, ABEL slurry pumps, or Skyven steam heat pumps.
- IIoT Telemetry & Diagnostics Data: Vibration FFT spectrums, bearing temperatures, and machine telemetry collected via Meta wireless edge gateways, transmitted exclusively via encrypted TLS 1.3 protocols.
2 Data Security, Storage & Access Controls
All digital engineering data is stored within certified Tier 3 data center infrastructure, secured with hardware firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and AES-256 encryption at rest.
Lecoqimex strictly implements Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Access to confidential plant schematics and thermodynamic calculations is strictly restricted to senior application engineers assigned directly to the project.
3 Data Subject Rights
In accordance with Vietnamese Personal Data Protection Decree (Decree 13/2023/ND-CP), European GDPR, and international standards, business partners and individuals possess the following rights:
- The right to be informed of and consent to data processing activities.
- The right to access, verify, and request corrections to company or project profiles.
- The right to request the permanent deletion of engineering files following the conclusion of contractual warranties (excluding statutory tax and accounting records).
- The right to withdraw consent from receiving technical whitepapers and engineering bulletins at any time.
4 International OEM Collaboration & Non-Disclosure
When custom manufacturing requires precise fabrication tolerances, process design parameters may be shared with R&D engineering divisions of authorized OEM partners in Denmark (SonFlow A/S, DanPumps A/S), Germany (Mehrer Compression, ABEL GmbH), and the United States (Skyven Technologies, Meta Smart Factory). All cross-border disclosures are governed by enforceable bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
