To ensure accurate sizing and avoid back-and-forth emails, prepare basic plant parameters or a quick photo of the equipment nameplate.
Checklist & Key Information:
- Photograph of metal nameplate or embossed model serial code
- Key duty data: Flow rate (m³/h), In/Out temperatures (°C), Working pressure
- Fluid properties (viscosity, corrosiveness, or solid % for slurry pumps)
- P&ID schematic or existing plant piping layout (if available)

The metal nameplate preserves original design specifications: Model, Serial No., Design Pressure, and Year. Allows Lecoqimex engineers to retrieve 100% exact factory drawings without site measurements.
Engineer Tip: Wipe away grease and dust on the nameplate before snapping the photo to ensure serial numbers are legible.
